Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related ABET-accredited program
• 8+ years of transportation/civil infrastructure experience
• Virginia PE or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
• Experience with VDOT & locally administered VDOT projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Bentley products (MicroStation, ProjectWise)
• Civil Engineering, Transportation, VDOT, Project Management, Microsoft Office, Bentley, Microstation, ProjectWise

Good to Have:

• DEQ Erosion & Sediment Control and/or Stormwater Plan Reviewer certification
• 1D/2D PCSWMM modeling experience
• Experience with county/state-level clients
• Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3)
• Erosion Control, Stormwater Management, PCSWMM, Project Delivery Methods

Nice to Have:

• Strong communication & mentorship skills
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record of delivering concurrent projects on time & budget
