๐ Role Overview
We are seeking an Ecommerce Lead to spearhead online growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and emerging commerce models. This leader will own P&L, growth strategy, operations, and analytics, driving scale in the Beauty, Health, Wellness, Personal Care, and Nutrition industry. The ideal candidate will have proven success scaling ₹100+ Cr online businesses and leading large multi-channel teams.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- 10–15 years of experience in Beauty, Health, Wellness, Personal Care, and Nutrition industry ONLY
- Prior experience working with a startup in the same industry
- Proven P&L ownership (must be provable)
- Experience scaling ₹100+ Cr online business
- Deep expertise in:
- Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart minimum)
- D2C performance & CRO
- Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, ROI, margins)
- Expertise in pricing & discounting strategy
- Experience leading multi-channel teams (20+ members)
- Ability to build SOPs and scale systems, not just people
- Only Delhi/Gurgaon NCR-based candidates will be considered
Candidates will be rejected if:
- Only did brand marketing
- Never owned P&L
- Weak in Quick Commerce
- Speak more strategy than execution
- Avoid operational depth
- Have only agency or consulting background

Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead online growth across Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, and D2C channels
- Define and deliver aggressive growth targets (revenue, acquisition, retention, profitability)
- Develop integrated growth roadmaps balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity
Operations & Performance
- Oversee digital P&L ensuring ROI and contribution margins
- Drive data-led decision making with insights into CAC, LTV, funnel optimisation
- Partner with tech/product teams to enhance customer experience and conversion
- Manage listings, supply, pricing, SLA adherence, and fulfilment performance
Data & Analytics
- Champion a data-first growth culture
- Institutionalise BI tools and dashboards (GobbleCube, Hector, Amazon Pi, Blinkit Insights, Zepto Atom)
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor category managers, growth marketers, and channel leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams
- Represent digital business in strategic forums and partnerships
Innovation & Expansion
- Identify new growth levers — marketplaces, influencer commerce, category extensions
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics
