Seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager – People Operations (HR) with strong experience in non-IT hiring, specifically Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT). This role is designed for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, with 80% focus on Talent Acquisition and 20% on HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be Gurgaon-based, female, and available to join immediately.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Willingness to work from office (Udyog Vihar, Phase 3)
• 3–4 years of non-IT recruitment experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT)
• Proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring for field sales roles (ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)
• Startup experience is mandatory (fast-paced, high-growth environment)
• Strong capability in end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)
• Experience with job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage aggressive hiring targets, quick closures, and low TAT
• Basic exposure to HR Operations (onboarding, documentation, HRMS, attendance, compliance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• End-to-end hiring for Offline Sales roles (GT, MT, ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring across FMCG sales teams
• Source candidates via job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure quick closures, high offer-to-joining ratio, and minimal TAT
• Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding

HR Operations (20%)

• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Coordinate documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates
• Assist in attendance, leave, and basic employee lifecycle processes
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR queries
• Ensure HR compliance and process adherence
