Seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager – People Operations (HR) with strong experience in non-IT hiring, specifically Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT). This role is designed for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, with 80% focus on Talent Acquisition and 20% on HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be Gurgaon-based, female, and available to join immediately.

- 3–4 years of non-IT recruitment experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT)
- Proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring for field sales roles (ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)
- Startup experience is mandatory (fast-paced, high-growth environment)
- Strong capability in end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)
- Experience with job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage aggressive hiring targets, quick closures, and low TAT
- Basic exposure to HR Operations (onboarding, documentation, HRMS, attendance, compliance)

๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- End-to-end hiring for Offline Sales roles (GT, MT, ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring across FMCG sales teams
- Source candidates via job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure quick closures, high offer-to-joining ratio, and minimal TAT
- Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards
- Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
HR Operations (20%)
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates
- Assist in attendance, leave, and basic employee lifecycle processes
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR queries
- Ensure HR compliance and process adherence
