🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, and modern Android tech stacks. The role involves debugging, testing, integration, and architecture scaling for IoT-driven applications. Candidates must have prior experience working with IoT devices and Camera model X, and should be based in Delhi NCR.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Strong technical background in Android application development and Kotlin
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must be based in Delhi NCR
• Academic scores 70% or above
• All academic backgrounds acceptable (except BCA)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience working with IoT devices
• Experience working with Camera model X
• Fluent communication skills (added advantage)

• Agile Methodologies (JIRA, EPICs)
• Strong Documentation & Communication Skills

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Android development, testing, and debugging for IoT-driven applications
• Handle integration challenges and on-field deployment issues
• Scale architecture for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Web, Software, Product Managers)
• Implement projects from conception to deployment
• Mentor and manage junior developers
• Ensure apps are shipped and maintained on Google Play
• Travel occasionally (5–10%) for demos, training, and collaboration

🚀 Preferred Background

• Understanding of AI & ML concepts
• Experience with Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development
• Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms
• Python experience (plus)
• iOS development knowledge (optional)
