We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (CA) to oversee statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP experience, knowledge of IndAS116, and exposure to TRAI/DoT regulatory reports, with a proven ability to manage finance operations independently.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
• Immediate joiner or available within 30 days
• At least 1 year of SAP experience
• Candidates from Surat or nearby locations only
• Experience coordinating statutory and tax audits, inquiries, and notices
• Knowledge of IndAS116 and handling Cost Audit
• Exposure to TRAI/DoT regulatory reports
• Preference for candidates from service industries

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage statutory and tax audits, inquiries, and notices from authorities
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to tax filings, provisions, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams for alignment on tax matters
• Prepare and submit TRAI/DoT regulatory reports
• Handle Cost Audit processes and ensure compliance
• Apply knowledge of IndAS116 in financial reporting
• Manage month-end finance operations
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
• Utilize SAP for finance and accounts management
