• Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve IT issues, from hardware glitches to compliance tools like Antivirus, Tanium, SOTI, WSUS, and Macrium.
• Device Lifecycle: Manage deployment, configuration, and re-assignment of manufacturing devices, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Server Support: Handle server hardware, hosted applications, and major incident resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion Six Sigma methodologies, create SOPs, and mentor junior associates.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT support.

🛠️ Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with industrial-grade hardware (Advantech, Zebra, etc.).
• Exposure to manufacturing applications like Apriso, QDAS is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• ITIL knowledge and MCSE certification preferred.
