๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead high-budget influencer campaigns in the beauty and personal care category. This role requires strong expertise in influencer scouting, negotiation, and campaign management, with proven success in driving ROI through Instagram partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Candidates must be from D2C brands within Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty Care
  • Agency candidates with D2C beauty brand experience are also considered
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns (budgets ₹30–40 Lakhs minimum)
  • Proven experience in Instagram influencer outreach, negotiation, and partnership management with a strong database
  • Strong understanding of beauty/skincare & makeup content trends and performance benchmarks
  • Ability to identify, onboard, and manage creators based on audience fit, engagement, and brand alignment
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Instagram metrics, Google Analytics, and Excel
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and digital teams and report ROI post-campaign
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Plan, execute, and track high-budget influencer campaigns in beauty/personal care
  • Manage partnerships with Instagram influencers, including outreach, negotiations, and deliverable tracking
  • Identify and onboard creators aligned with brand values and audience fit
  • Monitor campaign performance using Instagram metrics and GA
  • Build and maintain a strong influencer database for ongoing and future campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and digital teams to align campaign messaging and goals
  • Track and report influencer content delivery, reach, engagement, and ROI metrics
