We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Associate to support key processes across presale management, product imports, allocations, and system data integrity. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely data flow while improving efficiency in high-volume, repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/CRM systems, and excellent communication abilities.

• Candidates must be from Delhi-NCR
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in US Shifts
• Hands-on experience with Excel and data entry
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SX.e, Creatio) is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Presale & Allocation Importing: Manage presale removals, update retailer orders, troubleshoot errors, and reset processes
• Product Imports: Perform timely imports for new products, manage batch imports, and ensure data accuracy
• Catalogue & Website Clean-Up: Standardize product naming, ensure proper images, and align pricing
• Allocations: Execute allocation processes using Excel tools and apply judgment for nuanced decisions
• Creatio Data Imports & Maintenance: Upload, manipulate, and clean data to maintain accuracy

🌱 Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate when necessary
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Previous experience with ERP/CRM systems (SX.e, Creatio) is a plus
