Join a mission-driven healthcare team as a Senior Patient Financial Representative, supporting the Revenue Cycle division with account resolution, billing reconciliation, and patient-payor coordination. This role is ideal for professionals with prior hospital or insurance claims experience and a strong grasp of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing forms.

๐Ÿ› ️ Key Responsibilities

  • Perform revenue cycle functions aligned with departmental KPIs
  • Resolve and reconcile outstanding patient account balances
  • Collect and verify patient and payor information
  • Respond to account inquiries via written and verbal communication
  • Support inpatient and outpatient billing workflows
  • Maintain ethical standards and uphold core values: Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Stewardship
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate processing

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospital business office or insurance claims
