✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 4–6 years of backend engineering experience
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on with TypeScript, Express.js or Nest.js
• Strong experience with MongoDB (or MySQL/PostgreSQL/DynamoDB)
• Deep understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Hands-on with MVC, Microservices, Event-driven and Domain-driven architectures
• Strong in automated testing (especially integration tests)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Proven experience managing production systems
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure acceptable)
• Strong coding standards — Clean Code, code reviews, refactoring
