• Production, maintenance, sanitation, safety, shipping, receiving, and scheduling

• Quality assurance for incoming and outgoing goods

• Monthly expense and efficiency reporting

• Capital improvement planning and execution

• Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, and Retention Programs

• Food safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance

You’ll be the driving force behind Total Quality Management (TQM), team development, and continuous improvement across the plant.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/professional field

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience (food processing preferred)
