🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct field recruitment drives in local markets and sourcing hotspots
✔ Build candidate pipelines via vendor networks, references, and community groups
✔ Manage recruitment vendors and coordinate interviews
✔ Travel extensively across assigned cities for hiring activities
✔ Provide regular sourcing reports and maintain local area insights

📌 Mandatory Criteria:
✅ Minimum 2 years of field recruitment experience for delivery/logistics roles
✅ Past experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Delhivery, Zepto, Jio, Airtel, etc.
✅ Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
✅ Comfortable with extensive travel and tight hiring deadlines
