Accounting Leadership | Tally | SAP | ERP | Financial Reporting | Audit & Compliance | Budgeting & Forecasting | Team Management
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and taxation
✔ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance
✔ Oversee audits and internal controls to maintain financial integrity
✔ Support strategic decisions through budgeting and financial analysis
✔ Mentor and manage a team of 4–5 finance professionals
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with business objectives
📌 Mandatory Criteria:
✅ Male candidates only
✅ CA qualified in first attempt
✅ Must be based in Chennai (Bangalore as second preference)
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
✅ Strong command of Hindi and English
✅ Hands-on experience in Zoho, ERP, and business finance
✅ Candidates from BPO industry not eligible
