This role requires deep expertise in telecommunications engineering, E‑911/PSAP interconnections, and secure communications platforms, with a strong background in military and public safety environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Engineer and support VoIP/SIP systems including E‑911 and PSAP interconnections.
Work with Snapx Communications, DISA VISP, and Army VMOD platforms.
Configure and optimize Session Border Controllers for secure communications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with public safety and defense standards.
Provide technical leadership in network security and telecommunications infrastructure.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of telecommunications engineering experience.
5+ years of VoIP/SIP engineering.
Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

💡 Good to Have

Familiarity with DISA VISP and Army VMOD.
Experience with PSAP interconnection.
Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE).

🌍 Nice to Have

Background in NG 911 Public Safety Communications.
Strong knowledge of emerging telecom technologies.
Ability to support mission‑critical communication systems.
