🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the 3rd shift.

• Identify and resolve technical and operational problems.

• Apply strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and utilize production data.

• Ensure compliance with safety management and HSE requirements.

• Conduct safety audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation using spreadsheets and production software.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• Four‑year degree OR two‑year degree with progression toward a four‑year degree plus supervisory experience.

• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets and documentation tools.

💡 Good to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

🌍 Nice to Have

• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

• Background in conducting safety audits and compliance processes.
