We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering operations, drive process improvements, and implement lean manufacturing practices. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven success in managing complex mechanical assembly processes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Drive process integration and improvement initiatives.

• Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize efficiency.

• Conduct FMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with leadership and customers to present engineering solutions.

• Oversee tool design, AutoCAD projects, and capital equipment planning.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or Physical Science.

• 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

• Proven experience in process improvement and integration.

• 5+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.

• 5+ years of experience with complex mechanical assembly processes.

💡 Good to Have

• Experience with automatic transmissions and internal combustion engines.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD).

• Supervisory or people‑management experience.

• Ability to present process improvements and engineering solutions to leadership and customers.

🌍 Nice to Have

• Experience creating and developing manufacturing BOMs.

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

• Hands‑on problem‑solving approach with a customer‑focused mindset.
