We are seeking a highly skilled QA Team Lead to manage and scale the Quality Assurance function for SaaS products. This role combines leadership with hands-on testing responsibilities, requiring expertise in setting up QA processes from scratch, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth product releases.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 8–10 years of QA experience in B2B SaaS
• 3–5 years as a QA Lead/Manager (team leadership & management)
• Strong hands-on manual testing (UI/UX + API)
• Ability to set up QA processes from scratch
• Proficiency in test planning, test cases, and QA cycles
• Strong knowledge of regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools

• Use tools like ClickUp/JIRA for bug tracking and workflow management
• Track QA metrics and report performance to leadership
• Optionally automate repetitive test cases for efficiency
