• 4–8 years in Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering (preferably in startups or product-based companies)
• Strong SQL skills with deep understanding of data warehousing (Star Schema, SCD, ETL/ELT, MPP databases)
• Hands-on with dbt for data transformations and scalable DAGs
• Proficient in Python and familiar with data structures, algorithms, and serialization formats
• Experience with Amazon Athena, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar cloud data tools
• Strong dashboarding skills using Looker or Tableau
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile product teams
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
