🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DataBricks Data Engineer to design, build, and manage advanced data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Databricks platform components, strong programming skills, and functional knowledge of Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC).

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Databricks solutions including Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Workflows.

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.

• Apply strong Python, Scala, and SQL programming skills to deliver scalable solutions.

• Integrate Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) data into engineering workflows.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and performance optimization.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Databricks experience.

• Proficiency in Python and/or Scala; SQL expertise required.

• Strong background in ETL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration.

• Functional and technical experience with Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC).

💡 Good to Have

• Familiarity with SIC platforms (Anaplan, Oracle ICM, Varicent).

• Experience integrating Databricks with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Knowledge of data integration tools (Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, Kafka).

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
