Mandatory Criteria (Can't be
neglected during screening):

experience in React Native. [ including React Native architecture (Hooks,
Redux/MobX, Context API)].
- and Minimum 2 years of Team
Leadership experience.
● Strong command of JavaScript,
TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features.
● Experience with native modules
(Android/iOS) and third-party library integration.
● Experience with CI/CD, version
control (Git), code reviews, and automated testing in mobile workflows.
● Familiarity with offline
capabilities, background sync, and mobile performance tools.
● Domain Experience: Experience
in eCommerce is a good-to-have.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership:
● Lead and mentor a team of React
Native developers, setting clear goals, reviewing code, and guiding them
technically.
● Drive sprint planning, task
allocation, and delivery of mobile features within timelines.
● Foster a strong engineering
culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
● Collaborate with project
managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering and status updates.
● Resolve team blockers, enforce
best practices, and facilitate peer learning.
Technical Contribution:
● Architect, develop, and
maintain robust mobile applications using React Native.
● Collaborate with UI/UX
designers for pixel-perfect implementation.
● Integrate with RESTful and
GraphQL APIs from backend services.
● Conduct performance tuning,
memory optimization, and bug fixing.
● Stay up to date with emerging
technologies and advocate their adoption when beneficial.
Requirements: -
Mandatory:
● Proven end-to-end development
of apps—ideally having led such initiatives.
● A long-term vision of
continuing in a hands-on mobile development role.
● Deep knowledge of mobile
platform limitations and capabilities.
● Strong background in state
management (Redux/Context), lifecycle methods, and architectural patterns.
Essential:
● Experience with CI/CD, version
control (Git), code reviews, and automated testing in mobile workflows.
● Familiarity with offline
capabilities, background sync, and mobile performance tools.
Good to Have:
● Native development knowledge
(Swift/Kotlin) for bridging modules.
● Design collaboration tools
experience (Figma, Zeplin, Sketch).
● Exposure to e-commerce
ecosystems (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
Skills:
● Minimum 5 years of total
experience in mobile app development, with at least 2-3 years in React Native.
● At least 2 years of team
leadership experience, managing a team of 5+ members.
● Strong command of JavaScript,
TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features.
● Expertise in React Native
architecture (Hooks, Redux/MobX, Context API).
● Experience with native modules
(Android/iOS) and third-party library integration.
● Proficient with React
Navigation, AsyncStorage, and mobile UI/UX best practices.
● Knowledge of performance
optimization, memory management, and debugging tools (Flipper, Chrome DevTools,
RN Debugger).
● Experience publishing and
managing apps on the App Store and Google Play.
● Familiar with Git-based
workflows, CI/CD tools, and collaborative development practices.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, BCA, MCA.
